Offizone provides coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and related services to professionals and businesses in Yaoundé, Cameroon. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
3. User Conduct
All members and guests must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while on the premises. Any behavior that is disruptive to other members, including excessive noise, harassment, or damage to property, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your membership or access.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings for workspaces and meeting rooms are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe outlined during the booking process to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment as outlined on our website and at our front desk. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or termination of your services.
6. Liability and Indemnification
Offizone shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property within our premises. You agree to indemnify and hold Offizone harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
